Medical Questionnaire

Please review the medical form via the PDF link below. If you have any “yes,” you must get approved by a doctor before taking the course. The medical form will be completed electronically once registered for your course, so this one is just for reference, no need to fill it out.

 
 


Introduction to Freediving (Half Day)


For those completing the Introduction to Freediving Course with us, no further action is needed. Just get pumped. However, if you want to get a bit of a head start, we would recommend having a look at the following video and practicing some equalization before you arrive! It will help immensely.

 

Level One Course (2.5 or 7-Day Program)


You will receive an email from PADI once you have sent the course deposit and we have registered you for the course. Please follow the email instructions.

PADI Freediver (Level 1) E-learning

The emails you recieve will grant you access to the level-one course material.

  1. Follow the instructions to sign in and access materials, and fill out all required paperwork.

  2. Navigate to Freediver elearning under the course drop-down menu, and begin.

  3. Complete “Freediver” under “Course Content”

  4. Please complete knowledge reviews and final exam.

We highly recommend spending extra time on the equalization information and exercises, which will be priceless during your course.

Level Two Course (3 or 7-Day Program)

You can find the links for your level two course materials below! Please review all of the links and instructions before the start of your course.

PADI Advanced Freediver E-Learning

The link below will grant you access to the level-two course material, so follow the steps to get access.

  1. Follow the instructions to sign in and access materials, and fill out all required paperwork.

  2. Navigate to Advanced Freediver elearning under the course drop-down menu.

  3. Complete “Advanced Freediver” under “Course Content”

  4. Please complete knowledge reviews and final exam.

Coaching and Training

For those doing some coaching and training with us, get excited! Nothing else needed. If you have your own gear, bring it. If you have a referral form (not mandatory), bring it!
