Welcome to our flagship program on Nusa Lembongan—our little paradise just off Bali’s coast, where the turquoise water meets laid-back island life. Here, your classroom is the ocean itself, and your daily commute includes magical reef systems and Manta Rays.

This is where it all started for us, and it’s where we’ve refined the art of teaching freediving to beginners and intermediates alike. Whether you’ve never held your breath or you’re looking to reconnect with your love for the sea, we’ll meet you exactly where you are. Our retreats are set up to meet each guest wherever they are.

Our manta trips are one of the highlights of this experience—a chance to witness these gentle giants in their natural rhythm and to feel the pulse of the ocean in a way that’s impossible to describe but unforgettable once you’ve felt it. Yet many still consider this icing on the cake, as we spend the week reconnecting to ourselves by connecting to the ocean.

We keep things simple: learn safely, move mindfully, and enjoy every moment in the water. No pressure, no competition—just growth, support, and the kind of calm confidence that lingers long after you’ve dried off.

At Fluid Focus, we operate with safeguards. We move slowly. We avoid ego-driven milestones We don’t promise breakthroughs. We focus on the things we know best, which is creating an awesome learning container for people who want to dive a bit deeper into the ocean, and themselves.

Retreat Inclusions and Schedule

We’ve designed our Bali retreat so you can focus entirely on learning, exploring, and relaxing — not logistics. Expect expert instructors, nourishing meals, comfortable accommodation, and a learning environment that feels as inspiring as it is supportive. And yes, we make sure it’s genuinely worth your investment.

  • Meals: Two daily meals (breakfast + lunch) plus three group dinners.

  • Freediving & Workshops: All course equipment, workshop materials, and park/boat fees.

We offer a limited number of shared twin rooms and can accommodate special requests with advance notice. Because we partner with different villas throughout the year, the exact space may vary — but every option is hand-picked for comfort, design, and a sense of community that matches the retreat experience.
