Level Two Freediver

Congratulations! You have completed your level one freediver certification (PADI Freediver, Molchanov Wave 1) and are ready to keep progressing. Now comes the true introspection as you navigate your mind and find the strength to continue your journey deeper, and longer.

In the Level Two Freediver course we take students on a more “in-depth” look at individual training techniques, more advanced physiology, and of course, a greater sense of accomplishment as your tackle more challenges. The max depth for the level two courses are 24-30m.

The Advanced or Wave 2 course is for ANYONE who wants to build on the foundations of the beginner level, and to take the next step in discovering what they are capable of. For some, it is recommended to take a bit of time and do a bit more training after their beginner level, to ensure comfort at the previous depths. The beginner level gives you a taste, as you gain confidence in your abilities. The level two freediver will get you hooked.

Students practice and train to be comfortable at deeper depths, and are introduced to some of the more advanced skills including free-fall, deep equalization and diaphragm stretching. Students can take the level one and level two freediver courses together as a package, but we normally recommend students to give themselves come time in between to do some additional training.

For students who have the time, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND joining our 7-day “Freedive Rehab” program for a slower-paced, more immersive experience. By investing a bit more of their time and energy, students can get a stronger understanding of the fundamentals, and take a lot more away from the experience. And who knows, maybe it will become your next addiction.
