Medical Questionnaire

Please review, fill out, and sign the medical form via the PDF link below. If you have any “yes,” it is a requirement to get approved by a doctor before taking the course. This won't necessarily prevent you from freediving, you will need a doctor's approval before starting the course.

Introduction to Freediving (Half Day)

For those completing the Introduction to Freediving Course with us, no further action is needed. Just get pumped. However, if you want to get a bit of a head start, we would recommend having a look at the following video and practicing some equalization before you arrive! It will help immensely.

Level One Course (2.5 Days)

The PDF manual dives deeper into freediving theory and concepts. It’s not mandatory to read the manual before the start of your course but feel free to do so if you want to get ahead of it! Note, for anyone completing the PADI course, separate materials will be sent. This PDF is only for a useful resource, and is not mandatory.

Coaching and Training

For those doing some coaching and training with us, get excited! Nothing else needed. If you have your own gear, bring it. If you have a referral form (not mandatory), bring it!
