Medical Questionnaire
Please review the medical form via the PDF link below. If you have a “yes” answer, please inform us before the course start date. This most likely won't prevent you from freediving, but may require a doctor’s consent form which we can assist you to obtain.
For all beginner level students:
For those completing the Introduction to Freediving Course or Level One Course with us, no further action is needed. Just get pumped. However, if you want to get a bit of a head start, we would recommend having a look at the following video and practicing some equalization before you arrive! It will help immensely.
Coaching and Training
For those doing some coaching and training with us, get excited! Nothing else needed. If you have your own gear, bring it. If you have a referral form (not mandatory), bring it!
Getting to the Island
Students recieve a discounted rate for ferry tickets to Nusa Lembongan. Contact us and we can get you booked in.
