
Level 1 (2.5 Days)
The level one course takes students through theory, pool work, and two open-water training sessions. The aim is to have students diving comfortably and safely, armed with the knowledge of slow progression.

Introduction to Freediving
A half-day introduction to freediving program. Start with a brief theory and pool session, and then head to the open water to practice your new skills. Perfect for those short on time, or hesitant about taking the full course. No certification granted, but upgrade to level one course available.

Level 2 (3-4 Days)
The level two course takes students deeper into freedive physiology, as well as deeper into the water. In this program, students learn how to be competent safety buddies and how to progress their personal training to epic results.
