Nusa Lembongan

Visit our magical little island, home to wicked surf, healthy reefs, and an all-around chilled-out vibe. Lembongan is one of the few places in Bali where you can wake up, go for a surf and a yoga session in the morning, and be freediving with Mantas by mid afternoon. It is an ocean lover’s mecca. Not that we feel we have to convince you too much to come for a visit, here is some information just in case you are on the fence.

Getting Here

With an army of fast boats leaving the harbor town of Sanur for Lembongan daily, you will have no problem hitching a ride to the island at a time that is convenient for you. The ride to Nusa Lembongan is about 35-45 minutes, and companies will often have the option of door-to-door service, leaving from your accommodation on the mainland and dropping you off at your new accommodation here on the island. Companies offer competitive rates, but it may be worth testing your bargaining skills to get a good price. We are more then happy to arrange transport for you if you wish, so be sure to get in touch if that’s your game.

Surf

Lembongan has been known for it’s surf breaks for years, with many of the initial tourist traffic coming to the island for the world class tubes. When the surf is big, it is huge- but most of the time there are waves for all levels, and plenty of surf schools to teach you the ropes. Feel free to get in touch for our recommendations on the best schools to check out!

Scuba Diving

There is no shortage of this on the island. In fact, we do it all the time! Blue Corner Dive is one of the older dive shops on the island, and our experience in the local waters is respected. We have been reading tides and checking conditions around the islands for years, and now we are using all of that knowledge to craft the perfect freedive course. We would love for you to join us for scuba diving AND freediving, and we provide an easy one-stop-shop. Contact us for Scuba / Freedive packages.

The scuba diving on Lembongan is truly exceptional, with pristine reefs, challenging and fun currents, and of course, our charismatic megafauna, the Mantas and the Molas. Though the conditions can be testing at times, safety standards are always a priority. As an established PADI CDC Center, we uphold the highest standards, and aim to continue this as we extend into Freediving.

Yoga

Lembongan is now lucky to have some fantastic yoga centers, as well as multiple places in which to complete your yoga instructor training. That means we have lots of amazingly relaxed people on the island who are active, fit and adventurous. You will have your pick of different yoga centers, and we encourage to shop around during your time here to find the right fit. We can certainly help you with recommendations to get you started.

Scootering Around

Lembongan and it’s connected island- Nusa Cennigan- are incredible to explore by scooter. With relatively safe roads and slow moving traffic, the relaxed vibes allow for plenty of motivation to explore. Head to Devil’s Tears for an amazing sunset, or sip a hand crafted cocktail at one of the beach bars on Cennigan. We are more than happy to point you in the right direction, and even share with you some of our secret spots.
